Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) is valid within one hour of live animals being delivered to your doorstep, or within 24 hours of being held for pickup at your local post office. The animals must be delivered in temperatures between 50-90 degrees Fahrenheit, so if your local temperatures are predicted to be higher or lower, your order will be held until the weather is suitable.
Orders are typically sent out on Monday or Tuesday.
